My fave is probably The Little Mermaid. I really, really wanted to be a mermaid when I was little, lol!

ReplyDeleteI enjoy so many different fairy tales, especially fractured fairy tales. I think I like Beauty and the Beast the best because Beauty doesn't play a passive part in the story.

I absolutely adore all fairy tale retellings. I've read a TON for a thesis on "Beauty and the Beast"...still the best academic assignment I've ever done. I haven't heard of most of these, however, so I'll have to keep them all in mind.

My favorite Fairy Tale would probably be "Peter and the Wolf'...it was one of my favorite and most loved books as a child. Hard to choose one as I loved so many growing up and still today! Congrats on this being your first giveaway!
